At Oceanside, we provide complete transparency whilst managing your rental property, by giving you ‘Landlord’s Login’ access to Property Tree, which is where all of the information regarding your rental is available. You can: • Find out when your rent is paid up to • Check when your tenant’s lease expires • Access fortnightly/monthly rent statements • Monitor status of maintenance schedules.

Finding a suitable tenant in the quickest possible time, to save you money

Bad tenants are every landlord’s nightmare, but there is a way to safeguard against these horror stories as much as possible – and that is through using a robust, thorough tenant-screening process. The goal is to find trustworthy individuals which will result in less hassle and fewer headaches, not to mention reduced costs, and our staff are well-trained in this important task. To gain as much initial attention as possible to your property, we ensure descriptive advertisements, coupled with great images that are placed on at least (5) major real estate websites. This ensures that we reach the widest-range possible of prospective tenants. All prospective tenant-enquiries are dealt with at the front desk and responses sent quickly, so we maximise tenant-numbers viewing your property.

Detailed property inspections

We provide quarterly, detailed and concise Routine Inspection Reports sent directly to your email, which include up-to-date photographs of the condition of your property. This ensures that tenants are maintaining cleanliness, attending to gardens, and reporting any maintenance issues. While we are there, we will assess the overall condition of the property to ensure that minor maintenance issues are observed and actioned, and discussed with you, before they become a major problem.
